Documents that assign or discharge more than one instrument: $3 shall be added to the recording fee for each additional instrument cross-referenced by Liber/Page or Document # beyond the first cross-reference.
Examples: Discharge of Mortgage, Assignment of Mortgage, Oil & Gas documents
Copies of Recorded Documents

Certified Copies of Recorded Documents
$5 + $1/page copy fee
Tax Certification Fee
$5/document
Warranty deeds, Land Contracts, Assignments of Land Contracts and any other documents containing a Warrant and Defend or Covenant Clause are required to have a tax certification.
Please make checks for Recording Fees and Copies payable to Iosco County Register of Deeds.

Please make Tax Certification checks only payable to Iosco County Treasurer.
