Yes, however we do not search the records for you. You are welcome to come into our office to use our records.

No. You should receive a discharge of mortgage from your lender. You would have received your deed when you first purchased your property.

Yes, your document must be an original with original signatures. Court orders and death certificates must be certified with a raised seal.
