Iosco County has been offered a $500,000.00 Grant from MSHDA to complete energy-efficient home repairs and upgrades for eligible households. Households may be eligible for up to $25,000.00 in assistance for the following projects:

  • Roof
  • Windows
  • Storm Doors
  • Exterior Doors
  • Insulation
  • Appliances
  • Electrical
  • Heating
  • Cooling
  • Water Heater

The MI-HOPE portal will be closing for a short time on August 15, 2023.

MSHDA, Iosco County, or local partners will not approach any household and ask for the individual to sign contractual documents and/or ask for money.
