Controller/Finance Director
The County Controller/Finance Director acts as an agent for the Board of Commissioners in managing county affairs, directs and coordinates the day-to-day operations of County government, carries out directives and implements policies of the Board related to personnel and employee relations, budget and financial management, purchasing, Information Systems/data processing, and other areas as directed. Supervises staff engaged in payroll, personnel/human resources and IT/data processing, and provides other administrative support to the Board and departments. Supervises appointed department managers.
